Kadayshia provided exceptional customer service at check-in, making the arrival welcoming and smooth. The room had a few maintenance issues, like floor rug tiles lifting and a small bathroom, which detracted slightly. However, the clean environment and the inviting pool view from the balcony were pleasant. The homemade jams at breakfast were a delightful touch.

Nice stay overall, just a few hiccups
Had a decent night here. The check-in guy was super nice and even called to see if everything was good, which I appreciated. There were a few lighting problems in the room, and even though he offered to send maintenance, I passed. The breakfast voucher mix-up was kinda awkward, but the food was decent.
